A lot of the houses around here are two storeys, on a steep pitch, with a path you can barely walk down the side of. The rig is set up for those roofs.

A roof clean is a softwash. Moss and lichen sit in the tile, so the growth is treated first and then rinsed off at low pressure. The before and after photos are the same roofs, before and after that wash.
